Larry here. I'm located on Capitol Hill (Seattle).
All I know is: I'm not ready to create and organize a group capable of making citizen's arrests; I just don't have the training or background for it.
I thought that this was why the involvement of established, organized and trained individuals, such as military personnel and ET personnel, was essential to pulling off this sort of an operation.
If they back down from action, then while there may be a few of us capable of stepping in for them, the majority of us are simply not prepared to do this.
We can have a role, however, in continuing our attempts to goad them into action, and in collecting incriminating evidence on targeted individuals.
In this failure of the military, Drake has pointed out a huge weakness in their group and in human groups in general: They have no effective method of maintaining ethics standards in the group through correctly identifying and handling out-ethics individuals. For those of us who realize the depth of this problem, it may be obvious that this needs to be addressed. I am willing to contribute to that discussion.
